Property Holdings

150 Henry Avenue, Winnipeg Manitoba

The Home Office of the Manitoba Metis Federation (MMF), MEDO Developments successfully purchased the property in 2012. Ownership of the property was of considerable benefit to the MMF, as it relieved the Metis government of a significant administrative burden.

The company is able to maximize the opportunity to make renovations that will fully capitalize on the available square footage, provide improvements to the building's infrastructure and market available space in the building to additional tenants.

MEDO Square, Winnipeg Manitoba

MEDO Developments negotiated the purchase of the former Winnipeg site of Naylor Publications on Sutherland Avenue, with the goal of offering space for lease by a variety of businesses. Renamed "MEDO Square", the purchase of the property was accompanied by lease commitments from a variety of tenancies, including the Metis Child and Family Services Authority, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Park Avenue Vending and Coffee and GR Prism Home Renovations.

340 McLaren Street, Ottawa Ontario

In conjunction with the Louis Riel Capital Corporation, MEDO Developments successfully purchased property in Ottawa. Located in the heart of Centretown in the nation's capital, 340 McLaren is the new home of the Metis National Council.
