Consultation on Restoration Priorities for Fish and Fish Habitat - Brandon

We're inviting Red River Métis Citizens to participate in a consultation meeting on December 5, 2024, in Brandon, Manitoba, to seek your input on location-specific fish and fish habitats that need assistance through restoration and environmental stewardship.

Have you noticed a fish species in decline on the waters in which you harvest? Are there riverbanks or waterways that no longer provide sufficient habitat for fish? Register to attend and keep the MMF informed! Please keep an eye on MMF social media for the upcoming Northern consultation in the New Year!

Contact tanner.barlow@mmf.mb.ca to register by November 29th, 2024. Travel and accommodation will be arranged, and a meal will be served. Each Citizen will receive an honorarium specific to their participation.
