The Cabinet meets weekly via teleconference to receive updates and provide overall direction.

The Regional Administrators meet every 3 days via teleconference and Regional Offices provide daily reports via email.

All MMF Departments, Affiliates and Regions provide weekly Status Update Reports via email, all of which is provided to the MMF Central Coordinating Team co-lead by Frances Chartrand, Minister of Health and Anita Campbell, Minister of Finance.
