We are looking a highly organized, passionate Manager to support engagements, communications, and partnerships to advance service and program delivery priorities in the Arctic Region.

As part of the Arctic Region, the Manager will support outreach with Inuit, First Nation and Métis partners and stakeholder collaboration and coordinate meetings, including the Regional Advisory Committees, northern initiatives and event planning, and engagements with other programs and other federal, provincial and territorial partners . The manager will support the coordination of international events at the regional level including bilateral and multilateral meetings, and exercises, regional input into Government priorities. The manager will plan and support relationships and activities with public, stakeholders, industry, and Indigenous organizations and governments and lead regional outreach and communications and materials. The Manager will also support internal communications, provide support for operations and initiatives to advance priorities in the region.

Important financial information:

  • Salary range $100,220 to $114, 592
  • Successful candidates may be eligible for staff housing and the reimbursement of relocation costs.
  • Isolated Post Allowances (Northern Allowance) in Iqaluit, NU range from $23,467 for a single person to $39,112 for a family.
  • Vacation Travel Assistance is provided up to twice a year for each eligible member of the household.
