The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) is the National Government of the Red River Métis - also known as the Manitoba Métis. The Red River Métis are Canada's Negotiating Partners in Confederation and the Founders of the Province of Manitoba.
The Infinity Women Secretariat (IWS) is an affiliate of the MMF whose main purpose is to promote, empower and enhance the social, culture and economic well-being of Red River Métis Women.
The IWS seeks to fill one full-time Project Development Officer position located at 150 Henry Ave in Winnipeg, MB. Reporting to the IWS Director, the Project Development Officer is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating a number of IWS projects. The Project Development Officer will ensure that established goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, budgetary guidelines, work plans, timelines, and activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant field;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Project/Program development, research and evaluation, management, or relevant role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, writing and time management skills;
- Experience with community engagement and working with Indigenous communities would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Red River Métis culture and MMF programs and services is a definite asset; and,
- Ability to travel, valid Manitoba Driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
