4th Annual Red River Métis Picnic - Seven Oaks Métis Council

We would like to invite all Seven Oaks Métis Council members and their families to our 4th Annual Red River Métis Picnic! This event will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 1:30-3:30pm at Bunn's Creek Centennial Park (365 McIvor Ave, Winnipeg MB).

This event will feature a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, SOMC swag for purchase, and family-friendly activities including lawn games, rock painting, and more. A free pizza lunch and drinks/snacks will be provided for all attendees that RSVP.

The Métis Music Van will be on site, so be ready to get up and dance! The MMF's Central Registry Office will also bring their Mobile Office to assist with new Citizenship and Harvester card applications, renewals, and more.

On the day of the picnic, please be sure to bring your own chair or blanket, cash for the 50/50 raffle, and dress appropriately for the weather and activities.
