Whether you live with diabetes, support someone who does, or you're just curious, this session is for you. Everyone welcome, all ages. Bring a friend, bring a family member, bring your questions!

We'll walk through:

• What diabetes is
• A1C, blood pressure, and cholesterol numbers and how to respond to them
• How to build your own health goals
• Plus, time to ask questions and get support
