Severe Weather Emergency Updates

June 10, 2026

Your Red River Métis Government is working diligently to do our part in the emergency response. We are currently working to coordinate with the most affected communities to see how we can support them during these trying times.

If you need support (i.e. food, prescription delivery, pumps, or transportation for those unable to get out of their home), please do not hesitate to reach out via email at EmergencyResponse@MMF.MB.CA or via our emergency hotline at 1-888-362-2012.

If you want to volunteer in the emergency response, please reach out via email at EmergencyVolunteers@MMF.MB.CA or via our emergency hotline at 1-888-362-2012.

We will continue to share updates with you via email and social media. Regional Offices have also been asked to make phone calls and check in with our Citizens.

For those who need mental health supports, please contact the MMF's Mental Wellness Support Line. The line is open every day between 7am-11pm toll-free at 1-833-390-1041 ext. 1.
