MMF Metis Employment & Training - It's my Community Too Training Program

It's My Community Too Training Program is an employment readiness program which combines classroom training, safety certification and training, and on-the-job work experience, working on various community beautification projects in and around the city of Winnipeg.

Trainees also receive employment & training counselling supports, assistance in developing career goals and action plans; job search strategies; and referrals to employment or training opportunities.

We are currently recruiting for 2 trainee positions available.

Eligible Trainees:

• Unemployed Métis individuals who are 18 years of age or older
• Physically fit & able to work outdoors
• Motivated & committed to moving forward with an employment and training action plan
• Valid Drivers license is an asset
