The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF), National Government of the Red River Métis, invites applications for the Red River Métis Artist and Artisan Entrepreneurship Initiative-an opportunity for Red River Métis Artists and Artisans to strengthen their business skills, expand their entrepreneurial capacity, and more broadly share their distinct cultural identity through their work. This initiative reflects the MMF's ongoing commitment to advancing Red River Métis participation in the economy and supporting Citizens engaged in the traditional economy of art and artisanship. Initiative participants will take part in a series of interactive workshops offered virtually, mentorship sessions, and in-person hands-on learning experiences designed to build confidence and practical business knowledge while fostering economic growth and cultural resurgence.
